To make all the awesome HEEP activities happen we have formed a activity commission. Together with the head of Accie (activities), Djurre, you will make sure that the members get the best HEEP experience they could have wished for.

Every year HEEP organizes an members weekend at the end of the school year. Where we go to a location to stay for the weekend, bring foods and drinks, and do themed activities together. Last year the theme was Harry Potter!

The members weekend committee usually starts with planning and organizing in the 2nd semester. Since this is quite a big undertaking the board will be helping the committee with the organization. 

If you have a knack for taking pictures, making awesome Instagram stories or anything related to ensuring an everlasting online legacy you should join the PR commission!

You can help with anything related to promoting HEEP like announcing activities, our monthly newsletter The Backcourt Report, taking pictures during events and just making sure HEEP is known worldwide!
